Alpe di Siusi - mountains of coral and Schlernboden Refugee

Starting our tour at Compatsch 1800 m, we cross the wide meadows of Alpe di Siusi on the trail nr. 10.
Beautiful the view on the surrounding Dolomites as Mount Sciliar, Sassolungo and Sassopiatto and far away, the Ortler and Texel mountain range.

We descend to Refugee Prossliner and enter into the Natural Park of Sciliar - Catinaccio.

Now our trail leads his entire way on the Natural Park. Beautiful vegetation and a nice Refugge, Schlernboden Hut, 1700 m is the goal of this beautful hike. The descend to Siusi is steep but not dangerous. After one and a half hour we arrive at the Wanderhotel Europa.
