Both the old and the new parts of town turn into a fairground: craftsmen show off their skills, a market beckons you to look around and musical offerings entertain you.

You can watch food being cooked in the open air from 16/07 to 27/08/2008, from 19.00 until midnight, every Wednesday evening in the historic centre of Rio di Pusteria/Mühlbach. But it’s not just chefs who are displaying their talents; - artisans working at ancient rural crafts are also happy for you watch them at work. Meanwhile musical entertainment is provided by Schuhplattler folk dancers, Bohemians, hunting horn players and many more.
