Vital cereal salad
...the secret of his cereal salad:

100g Sunflower seeds
100g Pumpin seeds
100g Buckwheat seeds 
100g Spelt seeds
100g Barley seeds 
50g Sesame
1 TS Garlic oil
1 TS sour cream 
1 TS Mascarpone
herb salt 
Fresh cut herbs from the Pfösl’s Hotelgarden (chive, parsley, origan and Majoran)
1 Dipper of vegetable soup

Preparation:
Cook all cereals in saled water. (5 to 25 minutes),
mix them with herbs, garlic oil, sour cream, salt, mascarpone and finally add vegetalbe soup until the salad has the right consistency.

Enjoy your meal!!
