  “Back to the origins” - so why not also apply this to food and drink? Sometimes it’s good to leaf through grandmother’s old cookbooks and try one of the otherwise forgotten recipes - and then, of course, to taste the delicacies afterwards.
• Sunrise hike incl. breakfast in a mountain hut
  Feel the goose bumps as the sun’s rays awaken the mountain backdrop and enjoy the view of the red rock formations. All the efforts of the hike are rewarded with an unforgettable sunrise and a tasty breakfast in a mountain hut.
• Visit of a farm
  Take an exciting guided visit to the farms Resciesa and Uridl: experience life on a farm and look over the shoulder of the farmwomen working! You can feed and stroke cows and calves, watch how the cows are milked and taste homemade products.
• Tasting of South Tyrolean wines with local specialties
  Enjoy the delightful wine tasting experience of South Tyrolean wines under the guidance of an expert. Degust some of the regional specialties like Speck, cheese, Kaminwurzen and Schüttelbrot.
