• Naturellness® breakfast with freshly prepared organic egg dishes, buckwheat waffles, fresh fruit, Bircher muesli, chia pudding, porridge, freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, Lüsner bread, homemade jams, regional sausage and cheese specialities, vegan delicacies and many other regional and organic products.
• Afternoon snack from 3.00 to 5.00 pm with a comforting soup, dish of the day with fresh salad, South Tyrolean apple strudel and pastries.
• Evening 5-course tasting menu with a choice of dishes from the 2 kitchen lines "Mountain and Valley" and "Terra". Selected salads and vegetables from our own organic garden, vegetarian and vegan delicacies, regional fresh catch and local meat dishes. We are happy to prepare special menus for dietary preferences or intolerances on request.
• Organic herbal tea and alpine spring water, as well as South Tyrolean apples in the naturellness®Spa.
• Weekly wine tasting with our sommeliers Mario or Steffi in the new fireplace room (on payment).

• 10-12 guided theme hikes per week with specialised hiking guides (herb hikes, summit or lake hikes, natural history hikes, cultural hikes, challenging summit ascents, all partly with picnic or stop for a bite to eat)
• The guide, equipment and transfer for the winter snowshoe hiking tours with our hiking guides are charged with 20,00 € per person
• Rental of hiking equipment (poles and backpack)
• Shoe room for storing, cleaning, washing, drying of hiking boots
• Special hiking map of Lüsen for planning your individual tours
• Hiking map of the surroundings and hiking app for download (Lüsen App)
• Various hiking books in the hiking corner as well specialist literature on health and exercise

naturellness®Mindfulness Program

•  A selected program in the new Yoga SHALA awaits you with regular classes: Yoga (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Slow), Sound Healing, Qi Gong, Pilates, Wyda Yoga, Psychedelic Breath® and various meditations (partly included)
