From October 04th onwards, weekly Törggelen will take place in our inner courtyard in the Schulerhof. First there is always a wonderful, easy chestnut autumn hike with Margit. Then our guests come to the courtyard where Chef Thomas roasts local chestnuts over an open fire and tells the story of traditional Törggelen. There is also a delicious South Tyrolean Marende with bacon, cheese and bread of Val Venosta. Of course, something sweet should not be missing, so there are always homemade niggelen (small yeast balls), apple strudels and various other yeast strudels with vanilla sauce.
