How we approach sustainability
Our most recent conversion used organic construction methods and thermal insulation made of natural wood fibres, with the materials coming mainly from South Tyrol and Italy.
We also try to ensure that our partners are from the local area - if possible within a distance of 30 kilometres.

Our aim is to use as little packaging as possible - whether out buying or in the kitchen. The result is less waste!
We have few large suppliers: instead we deliberately support numerous regional farmers and small businesses.
We use around 55,000 free-range eggs every year from the happy hens of our 30 or so producers. And around 15 tonnes of fruit and vegetables are preserved and fermented by local farms - into pure goodness!

Our Green Cleaning System is 100% chemical-free! Cleaning is based solely on steam, a natural and sustainable way to get everything really clean!
