How we approach sustainability

We have modernised our entire heating system and brought the existing substations up to date, saving around 30 pumps and significantly increasing energy efficiency

Guests can look forward to the using the Südtirol Card which allows free travel by bus and train.
For those who prefer, we offer e-cars or e-bikes for hire.

Zero.

We no longer use plastic bottles in our hotel: there are waste separation systems for this purpose in each hotel room.

We produce a great deal ourselves, e.g. beer, spirits, cheese and honey. We obtain the rest from local suppliers wherever possible.

Water reducers in the bathrooms limit consumption, as does the automatic irrigation system outside in the garden - and our soon to be expanded photovoltaic system will produce even more clean electricity thanks to the Sun.
