We love everything about Bad Ratzes. The place, the staff, the food, the spa, the rooms. We have stayed many winters for the skiing but this was our first summer and it was wonderful to simply relax by the beautiful salt pool surrounded by all the glorious scenery.

Great hospitality, wonderful foods and clean rooms. everything was perfect. Fine dining food service with great service. I advice everyone you can stay with your family in this facility. Outdoor sauna and outdoor ice pool was a great experience. Try it.

A magical place in the middle of a forest.
This is a magical hotel in the middle of a forest, right below the Sciliar mountain.
Some of the original old features and decors are maintained. We loved the children playground, the surrounding park with external sauna and the "presence" of the Sciliar. The rooms are spacious, spotless clean and the wifi is good throughout the whole hotel. There are several buses running from the hotel door to the slopes and back, so you are a little secluded but always well connected. The food is delicious and well presented. The personnel (even the youngest waiters and the cleaning staff) is very well trained and professional. The owner is very welcoming and makes you feel always at home with her smile.
