Our windows have very good U-values, the roof is completely clad with photovoltaic panels, while the building materials used are sustainable, with long service lives.

If you arrive by train - in a relaxed and sustainable manner - we will pick you up at the station free of charge and bring you to the hotel, where you will receive a mobility card that entitles you to use public transport throughout South Tyrol - also free of charge and sustainable as well!

We source our salad, vegetables, herbs, fruit and flowers directly from the organic farmer around the corner - fresh, local, sustainable and good.
Our photovoltaic system covers 40-50% of our total electricity needs.
We also collect rainwater and unused ice water for watering our garden and flowers.

It's well worth to invest some more money in one of the new family suites on the top floor with the jacuzzies, they are awesome! We had a great time in this hotel, nice staff amazing views, great views and you just step out and have a nice walk through endless apple plantations....Pigalle1966
