With early apple blossoms in March, vines heavy with grapes in autumn, Mediterranean plants and snow-capped three-thousand-meter high mountains, the experiences are as rich as they are varied. The hotel itself offers warm hospitality, exquisite cuisine and a wide range of hiking and spa options.

How we approach sustainability
Local
Our hotel meets the Klimahaus standard and was constructed by local craftsmen using natural building materials.
We are happy to help our guests in planning a sustainable journey here, assist with bookings, pick them up free of charge from the nearest railway station and offer them the Südtirol Pass Premium on arrival for free bus and train travel throughout the land.
More enjoyment, less waste: we increasingly focus on individual dishes rather than extensive buffets, thus allowing our guests to enjoy freshly prepared, top quality dishes - while also helping us to reduce food waste.
One of the criteria used to select our suppliers is distance - because we are striving to minimise transport routes.
We also ensure we combine orders and use reusable packaging wherever possible.
When it's nice and warm outside in summer, we lower the pool temperature slightly to make it pleasantly refreshing!
We only change towels if our guests expressly request this.
And drinking water comes straight from the tap - filtered, treated and even carbonated on request. Cheers!
