From our own garden, straight to the plate: our colourful range of vegetables is fresh, sustainable and of top quality. Just like our spring water, which we even carbonate in our own treatment plant.
We heat with woodchips made from waste wood provided by local farmers or nearby sawmills.
Our own hydropower plant means that we are largely self-sufficient in energy. If we produce more clean electricity than we consume, it keeps our battery storage system happy!

Our staff know that they are also a part of our sustainability philosophy. Each individual helps in their own way with their own individual contribution - for example by carpooling, using a bike or just filling drinking bottles.
