We ensure the careful separation of waste and sort it all correctly.
Our waste compactor presses waste before it goes for recycling, so it takes up less space and thus reduces the number of trips needed.

Less is more
We do not have a large number of suppliers: rather, we deliberately select local partners offering regional products. We also believe ""less is more"" when it comes to the number of orders, as this avoids unnecessary transport costs.
Our bathrooms have water-saving devices to reduce the use of this precious resource.
We also keep an eye on our laundry: by opting for high-quality concentrates, we need less detergent and can thus lower the water temperature.

Most of our staff live directly here in the hotel, so they don't need transport to get to work - thus saving time and reducing emissions!

What a stay. We stayed for 2 nights and if we had more time we would have stayed 1 more. One of the best overall experiences we had in a hotel, from the hassle free check in, feeling welcome from the get go the exquisite restaurant experience together with the sublime spa sessions ( family spa too! ) this hotel and its staff were easily catapulted to one of the best experiences we had. Great Vacation in Beautiful South Tyrol! During that week we were really spoiled by nice hosts (owners, waiters...) It looks like that owners live there, you see them often, and are ready to assist you. We shall definitely go again! It was like in dream!Mladen D
