A close encounter with yarrow and other wild herbs
Hiking and exploring, relaxing and dining: the hotel owner, Alexander, will show you the fascinating diversity of wild herbs in the Dolomites during the course of an exciting hike. You’ll set off with our Chef in search of ingredients for the traditional wild-herb soup, which you can then cook together and sample in the evening. You can also prepare refreshing yarrow syrup together with masseuse and herbalist Brigitte and take some home with you.
