Tip:
Pleasure ski tour to the Rotlahner 2748m
From our hotel, the ski tour heads towards the natural toboggan run, past the toboggan run and a few metres further on to the small bridge over the Köflerbach stream. The best way to get there is to walk along the stream on the left after the bridge. You will soon see the abandoned Köfler huts, this time the path leads up to the right before the small bridge and soon you will see the snow-covered Kasermähder Alm. At the Kasermähder Alm, the trail continues in a north-easterly direction, taking a wide left turn to reach the Stieresboden. You continue over marvellously hilly and relatively flat terrain and soon you can see the Heimwald Jöchl between Heimwald and Rotlahner (2,748 m). Below the Jöchl, the terrain becomes steeper and you overcome this section in a few hairpin bends. Over the partly windswept ridge ridge to the right to the summit of the Rotlahner.
For a well-earned refreshment stop, we recommend descending towards the Stumpf Alm.
