My Favorite Mountain Full of Memories

The Dürrenstein mountain, above the Plätzwiese, is my personal favourite. This place means a great deal to me as I have experienced so many special moments there – from wonderful hikes with breathtaking views to tobogganing trips with my children. I also have particularly fond memories of gathering herbs with a friend, and of the time spent there with my father, with whom I share many memories of this particular mountain.
You experience nature in a very conscious way up there: there is peace and quiet and fresh mountain air. For me, "green hiking" means enjoying the mountains with respect, while treating the natural world with care.
