Hannes Rainer, our chef, is also the head chef - cooking is his passion and you can taste it. We only use products from our farm, garden, fields and our various natural partners from South Tyrol. These products are free of any harmful substances, completely treated or fertilised without any chemical additives! They grow on our natural soils, just as nature dictates. Our principle is that what grows is harvested, crooked and crooked, but real! It is a must that our animals come to the alpine pastures in the summer months. There they eat the fresh grass and wild herbs, drink the fresh spring water and enjoy the alpine sunshine in the fragrant alpine meadows. That is quality that speaks for itself, and we insist on it. The ripening of the products in the fields and meadows is of great importance. The longer the natural products hang on the branch or bush, the better the flavours can develop. That's why our natural producers are in close proximity, because only in this way can we take advantage of the optimal ripening process and conjure up the best taste on our guests' plates. We love to work with products from our own cultivation in the natural gourmet kitchen. Quality starts at the root and we always want to be one step ahead for the sake of nature.
