Sustainable gourmet enjoyment: the chef of the house
Hannes, our chef of the house but also the chef behind the hobs, has been passionate about cooking since he was a child. Especially on the alpine pastures, this activity gave him a lot of pleasure - but also to everyone who had the possibility enjoy his dishes. He finds inspiration for his culinary creations in nature, but also from his great-grandparents. This gave rise to the desire to use the farm's own products and to serve only ingredients from Rainer's garden on his guests' plates. By using untreated products, the taste unfolds better and gives the dish a special touch. This is not possible with conventional products, Hannes explains. "Unwasted" is also the motto of the house. That's why even the crooked fruit and vegetables are used and turned into a delicious gourmet dish. Because you know: beauty - and in this case taste - comes from within. Hannes' favourite dishes are the hour eggs with spinach cream and buttermilk, the char from our own pond or the organic innards from the farm.
