•1 fully ripe kiwi
•1cl sugar syrup
•1cl Vermouth Dry
•1cl ice-cold and clear lemonade
Peel and cut the kiwi. Put the sliced kiwi in a shaker, mix with sugar syrup and muddle. Add the vermouth, vodka and ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well mixed.
Add the lemon juice to the shaker and pour directly into the prepared martini glass.
