Towards the unfiltered mountain view

Here we go again! Hardcore panoramic views in autumn. The mountain view so clear, only autumn can do that. This far-reaching view, simply gigantic! In the valley, you sometimes start hiking in the fog in autumn (we're already on the mountain 🤩, so there's less fog) and after a few metres of altitude you find yourself zipping above the sea of high fog. Have you ever seen such a sea? It's as if you could dive into it, feel like you're floating on cotton wools.
In autumn you can escape/approach the sea of high fog even faster! How? From mid-September you have 1x daily free ride up into the heights in the Gitschberg Jochtal Almenregion. Two mountain railways to choose from, but at least twice as many mountain destinations. If you need inspiration, we provide the best mountain tips, incl. maps.
