A recipe from the Vitalpina Hotel Pfösl in Deutschnofen.Ingredients for 4 portion:1 organic orange
1 litre naturally cloudy organic apple juice
2 slices fresh ginger
2 cinnamon sticks
3 cloves
2 star anise
Preparation:•Wash, peel and squeeze the organic orange.
•Bring the orange juice to the boil along with the ginger, spices and apple juice. Orange peel can also be added to taste.
•Simmer for about 30 minutes.
•Strain the punch and serve hot in cups.
•A little cinnamon powder can be added to the punch as garnish,.
