Things to know:
- When making a reservation, you must state that a gift voucher will be used for payment. The holder of the voucher must present the voucher upon arrival at the hotel.
- The value of the voucher may not be redeemed for cash, and is valid for two years from the date of issue.
- After advance payment for the voucher, you will receive an email with your personalized Vitalpina voucher attached as a PDF file. You can either print it or forward it to the recipient via email.
